Ashley Lobo Danceworx

The Danceworx comprising both The Danceworx Academy and The Danceworx Student Repertory Company was founded by the esteemed Indian-Australian choreographer Ashley Lobo in 1998. The Danceworx Academy was established with the vision to bring the standards of international dance institutes to India. With a curriculum that encompasses a diverse range of styles including Jazz, Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Urban, and Funk, the academy has become a premier destination for dance education.

Over the years, The Danceworx Academy has garnered a vast student database, spanning across New Delhi, NCR, and Mumbai. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, students are not only taught technical proficiency but also encouraged to explore their creativity and self-expression through movement.

Complementing The Danceworx Academy is The Danceworx Student Repertory Company, a platform for senior students handpicked by Artistic Director Ashley Lobo. These budding artists are provided with unique opportunities to perform, teach, and choreograph, allowing them to develop and showcase their talents on a professional level.
